The right crew at the right moment – you can arrange it via Flinter Management. A complete crew or crew in addition to your own.
Complete service
We do not stop at finding the right professionals. We also provide support for insurance matters, crew changes, visa and permit procedures. On request, we also take care of employment contracts, salary payment, salary administration and even work clothes. The crew that is at work for your company will at least meet the ITF and STCW 95 standards. Mostly, they have gained this experience on the Flinter fleet.
