New projects

The shipping market always offers interesting opportunities for investors. In times of an economic downturn, ships are relatively cheap. In such circumstances, obtaining suitable bank financing is the main challenge. When the economy is booming, it is usually easier to find the required capital, but then the challenge is to purchase tonnage at a price below the market average. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 we placed seven projects successfully.
