Quality Management

Operating flexibly and with all certifications in place – that is what it is all about at Flinter Management. We see to the entire procedure with respect to ISM and ISPS certifications, including:

• implementing the procedures on board your ship;
• ISPS certification training organized by us (Ship Security Officer training);
• organisation and supervision of both internal and external audits by a classification society (Bureau Veritas or Lloyd's Register);
• version management of ISM and ISPS manuals;
• updates about legislation and regulations that apply to your ship;
• certification of shore-based support.

Documents always in order
In addition, we see to the timely execution of all compulsory controls for the ship and shore-based support. We perform the entire certificate management, i.e. the administration and delivery of copies of all ship certificates (not only ISM and ISPS) available.
